It was clean, the room. Food was really good.

Renovations started when i was trying to sleep. Staff casually said that that was planned and they can only give me a new room.

The hotel was good, rooms were somewhat well maintained but room service was terrible if a service was requested it takes hours for staff to respond, at a point we had to call the operator 5 times to remind them about the request. They have a in house PUB which were noisy for guest occupying the rooms, we were unable to sleep at night, breakfast service at their dinning restaurant was lovely and staff's were friendly.

The room was of a decent size but had a misty smell. We mentioned about it only on the next morning, and the staff apologized and suggested that had we reported when we first noticed the smell, they would have moved us to another room. Overall, the facility is good and easily accessible. I would still recommend, irrespective of the minor inconvenience given the other benefits it offers due to the proximity to the key areas and businesses in the city.

It is not definitely worth 5 star experience. The hotel rooms were poorly maintained. Th checkin process was awful and the staff had no care about customer experience nor the manager. The breakfast was pretty average and the staff were not helpful. Will not recommend this to families

Good hotel, clean rooms, close to the embassy.

There was a peculiar smell in the hotel. Especially my room which I couldn't rub it off.

Regarding the cost and overall quality of our stay, we found that the accommodations did not fully meet our expectations. The rooms appeared to be somewhat outdated, with older furniture. The restroom design was a bit unusual, with a single door serving both the toilet and the main entrance, which was unusual to us. The shower area was somewhat cramped and only separated by a curtain, and there was no hot water available at the wash basin. Additionally, the minibar offered only a limited selection of items at quite high prices. Besides the convenience of being within walking distance of the US consulate, most other aspects of the stay were average.
