Staff was not helpful on several occasions. We were only allowed 1 room card so we were not able to split up. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice spacious rooms with very comfortable beds in a quiet area. The rooms have a kettle and a microwave. They have washing machines there that cost 300 yen and dryers that cost 100 yen. Although one spin doesnt completely dry your clothes.

The room was nice and on site laundry was a plus.

Bathroom smelled like rotten eggs the whole time...dirty rooms and noisy.

I've fallen victim to a few (relatively) inexpensive hotels with reviews and photos that don't accurately display the property's low standards. This hotel is not one of those. All of the staff members I've interacted with have been cordial and willing to help and the many rooms I've stayed in have been clean and not misrepresented in size or condition. There are blemishes here and there but from my experience none are worth avoiding booking here again.

Its good

The floor was dirty and have a stain on them. The wolls are thin, hear some noise of next to room. But staff were very kind!!!

Nice enough hotel but no customer service. They will direct you to check in on a kiosk and check out at the same machine. Nothing really special otherwise.

The room smell so bad even though it’s non smoking room , and it’s too small for 4 people as a family , the front desk can not speak English, I wasted my money on this hotel

Tobacco smells were horrible.
