The hotel was clean, very helpful and friendly staff, check in was smooth, it’s a budget hotel but room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lovely and helpful members of staff at breakfast time. Area is close to Brussels Midi and very convenient for travel, 4 minutes train to Brussels Central station and 20 minutes to Brussels airport. The area is a bit run down however hotel didn’t feel unsafe and there is a supermarket around the corner with everyday convenient groceries available. Would stay again, value for money.

The hotel is good with a decent breakfast. Staff are exceptionally helpful. It is in a rather run down area. The room is mall but functional. Excellent shower.

The property was clean and it was easy to get to from the train station.

Good location near to rail station and metro. Friendly staff. Area surrounding hotel is very dirty and unkempt (not the fault of hotel). Hotel has security lock on the entrance door accessed by room key. Good well stocked supermarket next to the hotel.

Really good breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. It is convenient to the Brussels Midi rail station, but the area around the station and the hotel are very dirty - I didn't feel unsafe (didn't go out after dark) - but lots of trash on the streets. Brussels sites are not close - 30 minutes walk or 30+ on public transport. There is a decent grocery store around the corner from the hotel.
