We stayed for 4 nights and the second night we ask for bedding to be changed but they didn't do that but otherwise it was a nice. We ate at one restaurant and I forgot the name of it several times and it was good

Loved our stay. Clean, nice big bathroom. I would stay here again

The smoky first floor was awful and not expected. I didn’t realize smoking was still allowed indoors. The room was great. It was nice and clean, safe and secure. Unfortunately, we’ll not stay here again because of the smoky Lobby it made us not wanna go walk around downstairs. We didn’t venture out of our rooms except for to leave the complex.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. Nice modern and updated room. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel/casino. The breakfast restaurant was good. Not many vegetarian options for breakfast, but they were accommodating. Bartenders were very cool and professional. Staff and security were really nice. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Killer water pressure! The only thing I didn’t like was that the windows didn’t open at all. I like getting a little fresh air. Shuttle service to the airport was convenient. Outdoor Pool and hot tub area is spacious with tables, lounge chairs and bathrooms, I’d stay here again.

Room was spacious with a full size refrigerator. It was easy parking in the garage with elevator straight to the room.

Easy check in and comfortable accommodations.

Toilet seat and lid were loose. Apart from that, it’s fine. Great beds and pillows! Excellent night’s sleep. Thank you! Will use again 😁

The rooms in the Aspen tower are outstanding. However from the moment we checked in until the morning we left all we heard and experienced was ‘we don’t have enough staff’. We were told at check in they were short on housecleaning staff. When we tried to eat at Hannah’s restaurant we were told they were short staffed & the meals were not good compared to our last visit & Hannahs coffee bar advertised as open 24 hours was not & again told we don’t have staff. The Pit area was empty most of the time again excuse was not enough staff!

Clean and mostly quiet property within walking distance of Hotel/Casino Row. Hanna’s Table had a great daily breakfast special. Parking was free self-parking and sufficient. They even had over-flow parking across the street if needed.
