Pros -Great location -Very friendly housekeeping staff -Spacious room -Complimentary bottled water provided daily -Very good noise insulation Cons -One of the mature (maybe at senior level) female reception staff member on the ground floor was not very professional. She assisted with my check-in, but I did not feel welcomed at all. When I asked for a map of the nearby restaurants, she only gave a brief explanation of the directions, which was not detailed enough and resulted in me walking to the wrong place. Throughout our stay, my family and I passed by the reception desk (ground floor) several times each day, and she never acknowledged or greeted us. - The bathroom lighting was too dim, making it difficult to apply makeup.

All staff have excellent attitude. Super pleasantly helpful. Must get the breakfast. It absolutely exceeds the value that you paid for. I couldn't believe they offer free afternoon and after diiner snack buffet which includes all you can drink beer. This hotel is one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. 10 out of 10! Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel on Central Park, to easily access the city. The hospitality of the hotel was great, with service and offerings going above and beyond our expectations! Highly recommend staying here!

Room was great and clean and the staff was excellent. Good breakfast, but the best part were the snacks in the lobby. Location was close to the metro station and buses. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this boutique hotel! Super convenient, just around the corner from metro station. Lots of attention to details, from unique decor on each floor to the lush towels, fluffy slippers, and the silkiest soft sheets. The complimentary snack and ice cream bar was a wonderful touch. Definitely will go back to this hotel if we're in Kaohsiung.

The staff at Hotel Brio were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and offered good options. The only thing to keep in mind is that breakfast service can be a bit slow, so it’s a good idea to allow extra time to wait. Overall, a pleasant stay.
