Breakfast buffet offers a good selection of dishes. Friendly & helpful staff. Hotel is right in the middle of the shopping district.

Very clean and friendly

The breakfast was nice and freshly made eggs. The staff were friendly. There are lots of restaurants in the area. I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.

Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms.

The hotel is located in a very busy, congested area, and ongoing construction right outside the entrance makes arrival a bit of a hassle. You actually have to navigate around a dumpster just to get to the front. Breakfast was just okay, nothing memorable. The “sky bar” is more of a small cluster of tables without much of a view, which was disappointing. The rooms themselves were decent, clean, and the shower pressure was solid. The steam room was broken. Only two people can use the gym at once. Staff were fine, but nothing stood out. There is a decent shopping mall on the first 6 floors of the building and a Starbucks if you want to avoid the mediocre breakfast. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but for the same price point in this area of Bangkok, I’ve had significantly better experiences. I left feeling a bit underwhelmed. There are definitely better values out there.
