Both breakfast and the pool were excellent! Everything was wonderful.

This is a real gem of a find in Hoi An. Situated in a quiet street only a short walk from the madness of the night market and the Japanese bridge. Staff are incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything you need. Rooms are big , clean, cool (and relatively cheap). We had an amazing stay , thank you to the La A family !

Our room upstairs is facing the back street river. The main river with lots of lanterns and boats is facing the opposite direction. Back neighbour is currently building a house and can be a bit noisy at time.

A lovely place to stay in the heart of Hoi An

May was amazing at check in! She provided clear instructions and amazing suggestions for local activities and places to eat! The room was very clean, the bed was amazing, and the location was great! Will definitely be staying here next year when we visit again!

Staff were very nice and helpful. The location is A+ and can’t be beat. The room was dated and quite dirty with cobwebs in the vaulted ceiling and the ceiling fan was covered in a years worth of dust, we spoke with staff and they cleaned it right away. The pool in the picture looks very inviting but in reality it is right on top of the lobby and small with zero sun light. Overall the property is in a great neighbor very close to all that Hoi An has to offer.

Staff were absolutely lovely. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. In a great position, best the night market and old town but no noise at night.

Perfect location just walking distance to Hoi An old town which was amazing! Nice staff they even made me a special porridge when I was sick. Will definitely stay again.

Nice little hotel. The room was ok needed new floors and the bathroom very small BUT the view from our room, the pool and the staff made up for the ok room. Location is fantastic easy walk (end of the street) to the night market. Close to food and shopping and only 16 min in car to the beach.
