とても良い Everything was good except for the pool. It was very small. It was great for the 4 kids playing in it but there was no room left over for adults that were not part of their group.

とても良い On our first morning there was no hot water for the shower. Many people talked to the front desk and got different answers, from a tripped breaker to a broken pump ect ect.
Our room wasn’t refreshed the first day and had to get fresh towels from the cleaning cart. The charge of $25.00 per day extra for a pet seemed unnecessary.
Liked the fact that Denny’s and Moxies where attached to the hotel.

Very nice rooms , extremely comfortable beds . Amazing shower !! Was so nice to relax in . However , we did find a VERY large amount of small toys behind the pull out couch and under the curtains from a previous guest . I read the listing wrong and thought there was a breakfast included - there is not , but , there is a Denny’s attached ! Overall, We had a great stay and really enjoyed ourselves .

最高 The staff was very helpful. We had no hot water one morning. They immediately came and fixed the problem.
Two restaurants on site are very good and convenient.

少しがっかり Honestly I would have given this place a positive review but at 3:30am our fire alarm was beeping due to low battery, I called the front desk. The man working was completely unequipped to handle the situation, he had no idea how to change the battery and when he figured it out he had the wrong ones. He then left with the fire and when he didn’t return I went to the front desk to see what was happening. He said he didn’t have the proper battery. I asked who I could contact as I wasn’t happy that not only is this a required fire safe maintenance but that they had no way of preparing if the batteries did die. He gave me a card for his manager who I have left voicemails for but no one ever returned my call. Definitely not worth what I paid for the night when I hardly slept!

Had a cold shower in the morning but the front desk was very helpful and made it right at check out
