The staff were super helpful and friendly and the hotel is in a great location close to Civic. The lap pool is great!

Clean room

Would stay again just for the complimentary mini bar, what a game-changer! Staff were incredible - shout out to Daryl in reception. He left a jar of lollies for my son upon learning it was his b-day. But every other staff we I have interacted with was incredible, warm but professional, communicated well. Definitely a step-up from other hotels The room itself was good, dark and moody, maybe needed a few cushions on the couch. Not much of a view, though it could be cos I requested a quiet room Was looking forward to room service, but not keen on the takeaway containers and paper bags, would've love actual dinnerware and/or cutlery but that's just me There's a heated pool and sauna, which was quite utilised by other guests during our stay, sadly we skipped out Great location - literally in front of the tram stop and a short walk to cafes/restaurants Overall, great experience and will definitely be back for future stay-cations!

Really enjoyed my stay there. Was clean and very peaceful. Finding the car park was a little tricky. The food was nice at the restaurant but the service could have been better. Staff not attentive to either leaving water at the table or topping up when the glass was empty and not coming back to check if customer wanted anything else. Like dessert after clearing the tables. Overall lovely stay.

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Location was close to the main city centre. Breakfast was delicious and the free in room drinks were a welcome surprise.

Location. Good hotel. Clean. Reliable.
