Good service. Very convenient spot .

This is a perfect place for a larger family or group! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Korea!

I was originally booked at this hotel. A couple of days before my stay I was contacted by the hotel and asked to move my reservation to the UH Continental SeoulCentral. I was told that the UH Jongno was undergoing construction which would make it loud, dusty, and occasional power outages. So I agreed to change. During my stay at the SeoulCentral location there appeared to be construction/repair work going on. Our floor smelled of sewage. During some of the early mornings repair men could be heard talking and working early which woke me up. Upon my initial complaints to the management they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. After they looked into the complaints further (45 mins up to the following day) they finally admitted my complaints were valid. There were several other issues during our stay. The original hotel we booked had laundry machines. The SeoulCentral has no laundry machines or laundry services. We had to travel by taxi approximately 15-20 mins to a coin laundry places that the hotel recommended. The coin laundry machine at the place was not functioning and took our money. The other issue was the toilet. They have it installed with a wall just a short distance from the front. You have to squat and rise up straight up and down or you will bump your head against the wall. I am 5’10” and it was an uncomfortably tight space. Although the location was good, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Excellent service and the room was very spacious. Daily cleaning, daily water bottles, and great location.

Staff were very helpful, but pictures were deceiving. It looked much nicer online, but the bathroom was nice and had very hot water. The location is very active at night but safe. Had a lot of restaurants around and even downstairs. Train stations within a 5 min walk.

Really fantastic hotel, they were so responsive with anything we needed and the room was spacious and immaculate.

We had a very good and convenient stay at the hotel, clean and nice staff customer service and also the laundry service excellent. Kitchen are well packed with utensils. Highly recommended!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and with great amenities

Clean rooms, fully equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, right in the middle of everything, love this. Only downside, limited storage for clothes, no closets. And no where to place your body washes. But other than that, I would absolutely book again!
