Great hotel, clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great with good choices, and good location not too busy and close to everything. Staff was so nice we had to leave for our elephant tour at 6:30 and the breakfast doesn't open u til 6:30am and the night before I asked and told them our situation and in the morning when we were leaving they had a to go breakfast for us, so nice. Even without requesting daily cleaning room they still left a box with clean towels and water for us at the door.

Breakfast was delightful every morning. Kind and attentive staff. Fresh and delicious food.

This was an excellent hotel at very reasonable able prices, right bang in the middle of the old city within walking distance of all main attractions, including the night markets that are outside the old city. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a nice extra.

Breakfast is very good. Staff in restaurant and at the reception always come with a pleasant polite greetings. Even though the AC wasn't working properly the first 2 nights, they fixed it and was fine. Room cleaning need to be improved and be more attentive to wipe the counter tops.

Hotel was clean and in a great location. We walked everywhere. Staff were fantastic.

This hotel is great! Super clean and bright. The breakfast is great, good variety. Even though there is a temple in the back, we couldn't hear anything. It's a well located hotel, quiet, spacious. Staff was above and beyond when they provided a breakfast box as we had to leave super early in the morning. So sweet of them. I would recommend that they clean better the pool. The water was not clear and had toads/frogs at night.

Great location, spacious room and amazing staff! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone travelling to Chiang Mai

Everything was amazing!! Breakfast perfect!! Restaurant really good for dinner and have some drinks!! The room was very clean, ar conditioning worked!! Pool very beautiful.. Loved everything

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at T Heritage. The staffs were wonderful and very attentive. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of this hotel was perfect with easy access to the markets and cafes/restaurants. 10/10! Definitely recommend!

Super friendly staff who went the extra mile by preparing a breakfast box for us to take to the airport!
