Very helpful staff going out of their way to help with filling out the forms needed for temple registration and many other instances. They are always finding ways to help and made our stay seamless.

Staffs were amazing . We travelled from UK and had stomach upset.
That went out of the way to help and customised the food.
Balvinder was superb she called at room to check what food we can have and organised it.Sunil and Sahil were awesome as well. Front desk staff was superb

I not the person who writes negative review on any thing but this time i am very very disappointed how the staff treat with my brother and sister after i left there are a guest too . I have stayed in Hyatt multiple time in all different countries and always referred to all my family’s and friends now i won’t recommend to any of my family & friends this Hyatt dharamshala really disappointed me so i will never re book again, one more thing I left some things behind by mistake but they didn’t even ask me and disposed it, Normal All the Good hotel they ask the Guest first what to do with the things left behind before they disposed.
