Excellent staff. Rooms are rather small (we had two rooms for 4 ppl) but clean. Friendly daily service that provided towels and such. Elevator is the worst part. You can't have a hotel this size (12 stories with over 500 rooms?) with only one elevator that only fits 3 people at a time if each has a carryon. That's insane. They do have stairs but it's locked and for emergency use only. Imagine someone stayed on the second floor and had to wait 15 mins to get up or down in the morning.

Bed was very comfortable, staff very nice. Good home base after a long day of touring the city!

I frequently travel to Tokyo and this would be my favourite hotel to stay. Reasonable price, good connections to other places with JR and subway station, good food nearby (I recommend the Japanese-Italian place Kobaya just next door). The neighbourhood is a suburb but on the Yamanote line with great vibes. Rooms are moderately sized with a huge TV, shower facilities is great with the water heater being the best I have used (even better than my house!). Some of the staff are great with English too.

Everything was clean and well set. We had a great time and the staff were nice and helpful!

I stayed at this hotel last year and it was just as amazing if not better than the last. Hotel and room was clean. The staff was accommodating and patient. The area was quiet during the night and convenient for transportation around Tokyo.
