The Beach on your door strap, The pool in your back yard, specialist central, comfortable bad, AC Bar fridge, well equipped gym , price point very reasonable, walking distance to Everything Pier less than 500 metres, relaxing mornings on the beach having breakfast, as the sun rises over timeless cliff scapes, while exotic birds are your tranquility natures rise and shine, reminds you your on island time, morning hikes to Island look out View Point, of Early morning sun rise excursions to Maya Bay before the Mass Hordes of Cattle tourist arrive are the best advice I could ever give. Enjoy you trip

Tranquility on your door step everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing island holiday. 20 years on and this island still holds its special spot in most travelers hearts, breakfast on the beach with postcard perfect cliffs, sun set to write home about, hotel pool gym bakery, short distance walking hotel to boat peri, air conditioning good bathrooms clean, no insects, safe secure well maintained,

Very nice hotel for this area. Its located in a very nice part of Phi Phi island where everything is close walking distance. Its a short walk to the pier where you arrive and depart. Any kind of shopping is easy as its all around the hotel. You are not in the absolute center of the island night life, so its maybe a little more quiet than the center part, but it will be loud just because people love to party and yell at all hours on this island. Try to get a top floor room, it puts you further away from people yelling in the street for no reason. The hotel has all the things you can get in this area. Air con worked great. The room was basically clean. Its a pretty simple design. Staff was fine. The island is a great place to see many things and also use as a base for boat trips to other places like Maya bay and other islands. The single best thing to do on this island for me was take a longtail boat to Nui beach. Its a small cove that is gorgeous and generally not crowded. You can paddle board there, but its a little distance, so if you have just a little money you can pay to get there quick and its gorgeous. I did a boat trip to maya bay, get there mid day counter to what people say, because at mid day, the sun hits the bay and its gorgeous, if you get there super early before the crowds you get there before the sun makes that place look special. So, mid day, dont worry about the crowds, its busy, but since nobody is allowed to swim there its fine.

A good character style property that fits in well with the surrounding village, I enjoyed the dark wood theme in the room I was in. it really gave a tropical feel to the stay The staff were pleasant and quick to serve.

The air conditioning was not working and the hotel didn’t have another room so we have lo leave and we are waiting to Expedia for refund, then the bathroom was really dirty!!!!! The bed was not good at all…. We couldn’t stay not even 1 night and had to book another hotel….. the staff didn’t care we left….

Location was excellent, the village of Phi Phi is very quaint and walkable. Breakfast options were good.

Good place to stay on

Hotel is located right across from the beach. Short walking distance to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Swimming pool was fun to chill at. The hotel room was spacious with a large balcony but hotel is in need of updating or renovating soon...

Close to the pier, breakfast was delicious, clean and the staff were very kind
