The staff at Edison was top notch ! Albert was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

We loved staying here, and the location was perfect, right across from the Blue Mansion. The open snack bar and breakfast were excellent as well. The building itself is beautiful and, as a historic property, it may not have all the newest features, but it has so much character and charm. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. They made us feel like family, and everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. We were very sad to leave the hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks nice but it’s a bit worn out, especially inside the room I noticed a few broken things and the overall quality didn’t seem great. It was a pleasant stay overall.

A beautiful place to stay at a convenient location

The staff at the Edison were superb, and its location, in historic George Town, is excellent. However, despite being a member of "Small Luxury Hotels of the World", it is not a luxury hotel: it is a decent 'heritage' hotel, but it would need a lot of detailed improvements to earn the cachet of 'luxury'. Nevertheless, it is a decent hotel and the staff are outstanding.

Everything was incredible

Staff were wonderful very helpful and polite The room was clean and comfortable Bathroom water no hot water for the whole of our stay😩 breakfast good and again staff very friendly and accommodating

Customer service outstanding in all aspects. Everyone helped make our stay enjoyable. Front desk had many restaurant recommendations and sightseeing tips. All were good. Can’t say enough about how helpful the staff was.
