The elevator was very shaky and made me nervous. Also the street noise was too loud as well as the AC unit.

When I checked out midnight, the staff was so kind

Thanks to the receiptiionist got ne in early To go to the wedding.

This place is a gem! Super clean and the front desk staff is so nice and happy! We loved it

It's an old building, and things are worn down. The elevator sounds like it's going to break at any moment. There is old heating and cooling. The tub had rust in it. It needs a major facelift.

Everything was nice definitely would stay again

La verdad la habitación, muy limpia la cama me encantó todo su diseño está perfecto, me volvería a kedar

Carpet looks dirty . Wish thye have hard wood floor or cleaner carpet

Everything was good other than when I showed up at 3am. I was told I was late and my room was cancelled for no show, then was told I should have called during my 8 hours of driving. They reinstated my stay after all that. Room was clean and neat. Pool was heated, spa was hot but very dirty. Overall 7.0 would have been a lot higher if it wasn’t for the spa being dirty and the rudeness at 3am.

The hotel was very clean with helpful staff. Elevator was broken our first night so we ended up taking the stairs the 2 days we were there. The air conditioning in the home needs to be updated as even in the cooler temperature the room was stuffy.
