Good hotel

Well first off, location was great. But then parking is pay through a 3rd party or pay a public parking lot. It ranges from 40-55 a day! Not good. Also when we got into our room, the AC was not working, it was very warm and the maintenence person blamed us for it. I asked fmto be moved to a room where the AC did work and all they sent us was a box fan. So rude and we didnt have time to mess around with finding another place as we were from out of state and had plans already. I would recommend a place that has parking included and an AC that works. I will not be coming back to this place.

Upon check in their systems were down and the internet was out, it happens and the staff handled everything the best that they could under the circumstances. It did make setting up the valet parking system more difficult until I could find a spot that had phone service. Room was clean and comfortable. It may be nit picky on my part, but when they did upgrades on the bathroom, the shower pan was pretty slick and there was only a bath tub suction mat that covered barely any space. The new sink fixture barely made it into the sink, thus forcing you to splash water over the counter while washing your hands. Location was great. Easy to get to and from Universal Studios and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Great tplace

Location was perfect after catching a baseball game at Dodger Stadium. The hotel was very clean and modern. Nice amenities such as the mini-mart inside to buy drinks and snacks make it very convenient. I just wish there was onsite parking. Valet costs $45 per night and self-park is $38 in a vacant unsecured lot next door.
