The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. However, the room was quite small, and the parking area was located far from the building, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the cleanliness and excellent service from the staff.

Very Co-operative

This Hotel location is good.. But the rooms size are small we booked for three and the single queen bed room provided was very small to fit all we even checked for twin bed room which is also small.. The TV in the room is also not working and the bathroom are tiny.

Staff is really helpful and great place to stay near city center with family. Sathya from staff was really helpful. Management was super friendly

I stayed at this hotel recently and felt there is good potential, especially given its convenient and central location. The overall cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in the bathroom, could be improved, as issues like water seeping onto the floor and limited hand towels affected comfort during the stay.The staff were courteous, but some processes could be better organized. I was contacted late in the evening to provide my passport and additional documentation for their records, which would have been much more convenient and less disruptive if handled fully at check-in.The food was quite average compared with restaurants and hotels of a similar category in Chennai, and did not particularly stand out. With improvements in cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and front-desk procedures, this hotel could offer a much smoother and more enjoyable guest experience in a very good location.

Tiny rooms, bathrooms not well kept. Towels don't look clean. Did not meet the ibis standards.
