The location of the hotel is just perfect. You have a short walk to the beach and you have a grocery store across the street. The hotel is very old and rundown, and I don’t even know if a facelift would help it. It needs to be completely remodeled. The building looked as if there were parts that were ready to just fall apart with that said I will say the rooms themselves were clean. The cleaning service did a great job. They did serve coffee and tea in the morning and they had a continental breakfast. For me it did not work because it was sugar cereal packages, or packaged danish like from a venting machine, you could also order pancakes, which is what my granddaughter did each morning, but they were like rubber kinda like Moochie . On the other hand, they did have fresh bananas, and oranges, which was controlled by a person who handed them to you if you asked. In order to sit down and eat, you had to go on top of the third floor where there was a terrace, which had picnic table setting or a couch and chair setting. It was nice up there however, it never got clean the whole time we were there. Everyone that worked there was very kind and helpful and professional, so I would give five stars to the employees. The hotel is about one block from the beach. We had to cross the street which was easy to cross. Then there is a housing track that goes along the beach, we go between them and then we get to the beach very easy access, beach was clean and had a lifeguard.

Breakfast could be better but other than that, pretry solid place to stay.

On the beach. The breakfast is simple but on property. Have a table and chairs in room. They have shower to clean off sand in parking before going into lobby, separate bathroom as well in parking lot. Parking is not for bigger vehicles like full size trucks but have plenty of parking close to property. Had plenty of pillows, broom, and dustpan to wipe off sand in room. Love this place, hidden gem.

The hotel is great if you are going to the beach! There are games, books, little toys to take to the beach. Try to avoid rooms 315 and 316 as they are right beneath the rooftop deck- people seem to run around up there at all hours.

Beach toys and chairs made the stay! Staff is incredibly helpful, nice plus of having breakfast. The hotel is older and needs some repairs but it being family friendly, good location, easy parking, and so close to the beach truly made it wonderful. Will be back!

Great location and clean

The room smelled a bit musty. No beach view
