The shower was not working properly. Couldn’t close the door therefore everything got super wet. Only one charger plug in the room and only worked when the lights were on. Bidet was a nice touch of the property.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. Overall, I had a good experience with my stay.

Basic room for an overnight stay. The place is a bit worn out. Hot water in shower was adequate. Beds and pillows were so-so. Wi-Fi in the room was not so stable. Sockets are limited in the room. A budget yet not so budget option for staying at the edge of Milan City zone 1.

Wonderful breakfast, wonderful staff but very far from the center

A one night stay , the beds creaked metallic springs , the toilet water was running all night despite telling the hotel staff at 3pm, the plug didn’t work properly so our phones didn’t charge overnight. It was disappointing having stayed there a few years ago with no issues.

Good location near the metro so easy to get into central Milan. Room was a good size, quiet and comfortable. Pillows were a little hard and high so not comfortable for us. Onsite parking good value for money. TV had no English channels, and although it was a smart TV the streaming services were not available. Shower was a little small and badly laid out as the plug was covered with a silver piece of plastic that moved easily and was right where you needed to stand due to the placement of the shower head.

Clean, comfortable, spacious modern room, and bathroom. Such a treat to have a large clean space after traveling many places in Italy. The breakfast was terrific and reasonably priced.

Luckily there were some eating places nearby as our room did not have basic amenitues such as a kettle, iron etc

The staff was warm and very welcoming. The room was a comfortable size and very clean. The bed was so soft and supportive. The pillows were large foam and so comfortable! The bathroom was a nice size with good water pressure. The view of the city was very nice on the 12th floor. The breakfast was simple but pleasant. The metro was right around the corner. I had a great stay!

Just kind of “meh” all the way around. Looks like a beautiful building but upon getting up close there are many flaws. Staff is weak and seems put out with just doing their jobs.
