Great experience, amazing room

Very convenient to Aomori station and nice staff.

Bad smell in the toilet

Very well located a couple of blocks from Aomori station. Typical Japanese business was hotel that work very well but if it is your first time, be aware of self check in, self check out and you have to manage even when your room will be cleaned. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices mostly Japanese, but also western!!! The best!!!

We got a very small room i guess is typical here in Japan but it was clean , the staff helpful

My room was a little on the smaller side but it was very clean and had a nice view. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and several other places including the visitor center, Nebuta museum, waterfront, restaurants, etc.

We've stayed at this hotel before & been very happy with our stay. We came back again & believed that it's a right choice. Spacious bedroom with good amenities, good breakfast, very nice / clean / bright bathroom with separate toilet. We'll stay at this hotel again in the future

Best one in the town with very helpful staff.

I booked for one night but stayed four nights. Cannot thank all the staff. It was a perfect stay close to everything. Room was perfect. 10/10

The hotel looked new, almost out of place with the surrounding buildings. The suite was spacious, modern, and clean. Two TVs, ReFa and Dyson hair-care products, a massage chair, a large living area, and a double-mirror/sink bathroom with a "rain" shower were great. The view was also nice. The laundry room on the ninth floor was small, but efficient. The machines were a dual washer and dryer. They ran for two hours. A PIN code was required to open the machines, preventing items from being stolen. Ingenious! The breakfast was not special, but good nonetheless. My only complaint is that the hotel is a six-minute walk from Aomori Station. My family and I were sad to leave our room and hotel!
