Location wise, there’s nothing nearby, you will need to walk or take train for one stop to get food.

The hotel staff and employees are very polite and helpful.

We have been at different Marriott’s in the past, never an issue, regrets to say this one was not the best experience. First we booked for two double beds, bed sizes were more like single king size, two people can’t sleep there. Secondly as soon as you check out you are not allowed to use their pool (waiting for later flight after 11am check out time. We were told once checked out you are literally out, showers none available…which is weird for any hotel. Last but no least, two coffees A$27? I know HK can be expensive but felt ripped off plus coffee was not even that nice…hope to see an improvement next time…this was more like 5/10 experience.

Our stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance and cleanliness. The bathroom was mouldy, and a leak from the shower kept the floor constantly wet. Our first room had no hot water late at night, forcing us to pack and move to another tower just to shower. While we were moved the next day, the staff's attitude was dismissive. Housekeeping was also below par; the carpet was dirty, and we found hair in the bathtub upon arrival. Furthermore, amenities like the mirror and bathroom door lock were broken. Overall, the maintenance is not what you’d expect from a hotel at this level.

Pros: Easy access to MTR and Ocean Park, room and common areas clean, great pools for all ages especially kids, activities for kids over Easter, lovely aquarium in lobby. Cons: Room is small and cramped, not even enough room to have my big suitcase open anywhere. It was extremely busy, meaning we had to queue for over 15 minutes to be seated at breakfast - there were often free tables, but they couldn't clear them fast enough. The breakfast itself also wasn't great.

Clean room, quick response of staff whilst peak hours of breakfast

The room was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom has a full shower with a glass wall that looks out into the bedroom and can be covered by a draw curtain for privacy. A nice feature in the room was that there was a large filtered water machine that could be plugged in along with an electric hot water pot to boil hot water. Amenity kits included personal cotton swabs, cotton pads to remove makeup, disposable toothbrushes, body lotions, and mini sewing kits.
