Located near Ben Thanh so that was a positive, lots of dining options around. Staff was friendly. The knocks on this place are: power outage for half an hour, construction work going on near the property, the bathroom door was hard to close and its lock did not work, and finally, the A/C unit was barely adequate... at 19° C!

Good customer service , prompt response to resolving issues. The manager Olivia displayed great professionalism and gave good suggestions. Made us feel at home in a homely family hotel.

We had a nice time in that hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The manager was thoughtful.. she took good care of us.

This is a single wide small hotel, nicely decorated, maintained, and managed. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Good elevator and the AC quickly cooled the room. We had the Executive room with sundeck which is a balcony with chairs, table and sculpture. Breakfast was good with choice of pho, eggs, bread, yogurt, fruit, juices, tea, coffee on a smaller scale compared to bigger hotel dining rooms. Located near central HCMC markets, massage, attractions. A Grab ride to SGN takes 24 minutes.
