my only complaint was weak internet. Otherwise the place was great. Well located, clean, stylish, friendly.

It was a nice property and the hotel was clean. Very close to public transport. However, my air conditioner did not work and I had to deal with extremely hot temperatures. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do when I reported it to them. I wouldn’t stay here during summer months.

Grande sélection au buffet déjeuner et très frais. Très bel hôtel!!

Loved the hotel. Super convenient to KaDeWe and gay bars. The breakfast could have been better but the room for breakfast was lovely. Will stay again. Two grocery stores nearby.

Very clean and amazing location

I'm not sure how this hotel was rated 3 star. I would rate it 4 star The rooms are spotless the king size bed with nice sheets was so snuggly i didn' want to get out of it. Nice location. I Iighly reccomended this property. What would get 5 stars is if theyhad a breakfast bar.

So i e stayed here before and honestly was less pleased by a few things on my stay here this time. The place is still a good stay especially for the price but the only real amenities are restaurant and location. Here were some issues I had: - checkin staff was fine but when paying for room it prompts you for a tip… on the whole room charge this would be a huge fee if you press wrong button and I’ve not seen another hotel do that EVER - bathroom toilet lock didn’t work - on the one day we did have breakfast at restaurant the buffet had a lot missing 30 min before it was set to closed (yogurt gone, some jams, some pastries - at one point staff barged into our room despite do not disturb sign as we were exchanging towels and trued to empty our garbages. My partner was NOT dressed at the time and I had to close the bathroom door then he tried to go in there (cause there’s a trash in there too I managed to stop him but was just stunned

Great location, good thing we had a camera in our room. We told them at check-in we didn’t want cleaning in our room with our stay. We had the card on our door, don’t disturb… We had been gone one hour and came back and 2 people were in our room!!! They tried to lie and said it was on clean. Our room door was hard to close so you have to pull it hard. So I know the card was on do not disturb. And we are the last room in the hall . So no one is walking all the way down there to turn the card around. With Covid we don’t want people coming in our room that go from room to room. The door frame was broken into before and needs to be replaced… You can see they tried to fix it but it’s not safe . This was room 416

Revisiting Berlin next year and will definitely consider booking again. Friendly staff, decent size room. Comfy beds. Good location. Only negatives were that the TV had no remote so we couldn't watch TV (fed that back to staff), and we couldn't get the coffee machine to work. Otherwise, a lovely, clean, friendly and modern hotel.

Amazing stay, clean room and lovely staff. Had a bit of a funky smell when we originally entered the room but that was soon cleared with the window open
