良い The Heritage Inn is still cute and quaint, but it’s not as nice and well kept as it used to be. The first room we were checked into had a toilet leaking from its base and wet towels on the floor, so staff were probably aware of the issue. I notified the front desk and we were moved to the room next door immediately. Concerningly, when we came back a few hours later, we heard another family open the doors to that leaky toilet room. Not sure if that type of issue can be fixed so quickly? Also, the A/C units are very loud.

最高 This was our 3rd time staying at Heritage Inn. The hotel is a bit dated but it’s always clean and the staff are very friendly. We love having a pool side room to enjoy the tropical setting. Breakfast is always good and Nancy works so hard making sure everything is clean and topped up.

良い My room was quiet and bed was comfortable. I couldn’t get entry door open so had to use another, the carpets in hallways and on stairs are dangerous due to warping and holes, breakfast wasn’t great, I had to go out of hotel to find somewhere, waiting to check in was miserable, the wait was well over half an hour. Price for my room was good tho. The hotel needs better upkeep if it wants to stay in business.

良い I reallly like the heritage inn. The bed was very comfortable. The wifi was not working while we stayed there. there were only 3 regular towels and no hand towels or washcloths. overall the stay was great but i'm used to the regular amenities.

少しがっかり You get what you pay for. It looked good in the pictures but it was just a rundown motel. The room stank of smoke. It was pretty well run down. The beds were clean

My mother in laws room had a dirty sock right in the middle of the room. It wasn’t clean at all. She was tired and need to go to sleep.
