Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Front desk lady was fantastic and very nice. Location is very good, close to shops , Cafes and transportation.

Clean room and great value for the price

Unaware of booking required for car parking & initially only one night available with no offer to find a 2nd night. Second night car park found on second day when asked. Lots of steps in foyer & even a large step in room. Tight confines in room entry.

Clean room, good amenities but a little tired looking. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room layout was extremely small and nothing like the photos. The room even had steps inside with no railings, which would be dangerous for elderly guests and was difficult for me with very sore legs after climbing a volcano. The washer dryer machines also did not work. We tried two rooms and the drying function failed in both. There was also no reception staff when we arrived at around 4 pm, which made check in difficult and left no way to raise concerns about the room. The listing felt like false advertising.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on level 13 and it had two steps in the entry/lounge to negotiate. The floors creaked and groaned whenever we moved. The carpets in the hallway were uneven and patched.

Room was small and dated but comfortable.

Great late checkin instructions. Great to have a washer and dryer in the aparment. Very clean and great location.
