Good hotel, we choose this as 4 girls heading out for a night in city as it had 4 single beds. Got to hotel and it wasn’t set up with 4 singles. The team got this sorted within a few hours which was great. Clean 2 bedroom apartment, ok size for what we needed, quiet location but very squeaky floor. Overall good.

The information in the booklet was an accurate as to how to contact reception. It recommended in two different places to dial 0# which was also written on the small insert on the wall phone! If they had of been an emergency there would’ve been no communication possible. I randomly tried dialling 9 which connected me with the very pleasant and efficient receptionist. We had three different receptionists and everyone was super pleasant, really helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable – thank you girls 💯 Regards Erica and Albert Ruiterkamp

Tidy clean

you could advertise the Italian restaurant across the road for breakfast -- they one next door only does muffins etc

Other than the TV not working it was a fantastic place, clean bathroom/bedroom/kitchen. Slightly upset I couldn't watch the big rugby game though.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were lovely. Restaurants close by for dinner were hard to find. But it was an easy walk to the main business area and not that far from the waterfront.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Front desk lady was fantastic and very nice. Location is very good, close to shops , Cafes and transportation.

Clean room and great value for the price

Unaware of booking required for car parking & initially only one night available with no offer to find a 2nd night. Second night car park found on second day when asked. Lots of steps in foyer & even a large step in room. Tight confines in room entry.

Clean room, good amenities but a little tired looking. Friendly and helpful staff.
