Loved the place and the staff very convenient location

Roof top see through pool and elevated roof jacuzzi are quite unique! Small rooms but well appointed. Really good value. Staff very helpful. Fee based buffet was good.

Booked my stay with 4 children & myself. This place is conveniently located. The property amenities catered to all. Would definitely recommend this property to others and plan to stay again in the future There is parking available for a fee, but if you have a large vehicle, you will need to park at aid parking. There are plenty around and it’s cheaper than the hotel parking

Very clean room! Staff was very helpful as well, even for information about the bus schedules. Efficient check-in and check-out system, would definitely recommend!

The rooftop pool was very unique and the hotel staff were super accommodating and helpful throughout the typhoon!!

You will have to pay for the swimming pool access. Very disappointing. Buffet breakfast can be rated as below average.

The hotel is very nice staff is nice and room is spacious. We were there during the typhoon and they provided a dinner meal for us for free. I would recommend and it’s also near buses transportation and near touristy areas, so

We were incredibly happy here. It is an excellent location with kind staff and great amenities. The rooftop pool and hot tub were nice. My only complaint is that the furniture was a little tired however, the bed was super comfortable. We were on the ninth floor so we had access to some snacks and drinks and coffee in the morning which was great.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located for my purposes. Good nearby restaurants, ferry, airport, and a short walk to Kokusai Dori. Decent breakfast although expensive compared to nearby options. Efficient check out. Cons: Staff is not proficient in English. I had to make my own dinner reservations and figure out several things on my own. No bell service. The pool, although appealing, has so many restrictions it took me 5 minutes just to read them all. Pool Bar staff were very stale and unengaging. No early check in or upgrade even though I have Platinum status. A generic stay although the location made up for shortcomings . I found charging guests for night use of the pool preposterous. I requested a wake up call and they said they don’t provide that simple service. Overall an average stay.

It was a nice stay, with everything available and easy to get. My room just seemed to have a weird smell when I would come back after going out for a few hours. Otherwise, it was a great spot to stay with the closeness to the airport and the amazing breakfast.
