Comfortable

The room was clean. The breakfast type was grab-and-go.

The hotel staff are extremely kind, the location is great, however the room we stayed in had cockroaches. The room was sprayed so the cockroaches would die, but it was still off putting. The room also had only a couple working outlets. One was loose and would turn all the power off if you touched it. The location is great, but the shuttle does not go directly there, the stop is like a 3-5 minute walk away, so the location is still convenient and really pretty. Parking is really convenient as well.

Extremely overpriced with terrible customer service. The staff are incompetent and unfriendly, the front desk is often unreachable, and management does nothing to address the issues. Most importantly, DO NOT confuse this property with Zion Lodge inside Zion National Park. This property is NOT located inside the national park. With the name “Zion Lodge” and a rate of nearly $400 per night, I was led to believe that this was the lodge inside Zion National Park. In reality, it is essentially a motel-style property where you park directly in front of your room and enter from the outside. I found the combination of the name and the extremely high price deeply misleading and deceptive. Had I known this property was outside the national park, I could have stayed at a much better hotel in the area for this price. I raised this issue with the property, but they took no meaningful action. I have now filed a formal complaint with Expedia regarding this matter. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Avoid this place.

Good hotel and clean. Near to the park entrance and also for all the stuffs. Carry out breakfast is simple and good. Overall good stay.

You can cook here - it's really quiet and everything's clean and tidy.

Employees were really friendly and helpful and the hotel is close to restaurants and shops. The room wasn’t bad but the chair was all stained and the area rug was all torn.

Free parking. Near Shuttle #5 for entry into Zion National Park. Restaurants close by.

Great place to stay right in the heart of Springdale. Would’ve liked to have had earlier lobby hours as everyone is trying to get into the park early. Rooms were clean and quiet.

No restaurant on site. No pool on site. Bagged breakfast was a nice touch.
