I've stayed in Five Star Hotels on three continents, this is one of the nicest on the planet. Truly a memorable experience.

Excellent location with unique and interesting design and architecture. The restaurant provided an excellent breadth of food selections and healthy options. Staff was excellent at keeping food available and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only recommendation would be to upgrade room towels as ours were rather worn and not of good quality.

We stayed in the top suite for one night in January, and it was outstanding. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace, the indoor bathtub and spa shower, the private outdoor hot tub, and private outdoor sauna. We loved the outdoor infinity pool, which was lit up like the northern lights at night. Start for wonderful. On site parking for free. This was a fantastic stay.

This was the most amazing property. Tremendous spa. Gorgeous garden. Beautiful rooms. Tremendously good food. (Order the pork schnitzel!) Very helpful staff. If you enjoy cocktails seek out Shiva. He is a master non pareil.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. My only issue throughout our stay was that all of the soaps and lotions at the hotel had some type of nut ingredient in them. My partner has a severe nut allergy and felt quite uncomfortable after finding out soaps and lotions were made from nuts. This is something that we feel should be advertised online because we likely would not have stayed at this hotel if we know this information. We felt as though the hotel staff were not understanding the seriousness of the issue, as it is a severe allergy. However, the breakfast had some safe options for those with nut allergies that the chef kindly went through with my partner.

This hotel was amazing! We enjoyed every minute! Close to the park and shopping ,the restaurant was very good The staff was very helpful The only negative was the room a/c was weak

Can’t recommend this place enough! Fantastic rooms, fantastic views, great ambiance and fantastic food.

Here’s a draft for your review: Disappointed with the Experience Our stay was frustrating from start to finish. The TV in the room didn’t work the entire time, and when we mentioned it, we were told it’s “better to play games anyway.” That’s not the solution we were looking for. We paid for 3 people in the room but had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel—3 out of the 4 days. On top of that, the mini bar and coffee bar were never adjusted for the third person, even though we were charged an extra $750 for 3rd person. For the price we paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued and disappointed.

Excellent customer service, great location, and beautiful hotel.
