There was a fire alarm, and I was scared because my room was on the 24th floor! I started to evacuate using the staircase. When I reached the lobby on the 3rd floor, I realized that the employees were working as if nothing had happened. When I asked them about the fire alarm, they told me that it was a false alarm... an announcement clarifying the situation would have been nice... The view is amazing; I'll give them that.

super nice staff, beautiful hotel. Room was perfect for solo traveling

I booked it solely because of balcony access. Nice to be able to open it and feel the ocean breeze. Screen door is nice. No frills. Charging our phones were problematic, very very slow. Did not get 100% overnight. No other problems like that at other hotels we stayed at in Seoul. Location is great. Overall: Okay stay for one night.

It’s not the best, there for sure others that are way better. I’m not the biggest fan of having to insert my card inside the wall to be able to use the restroom lights. View is okay, staff are okay.

Ocean view and 30th Floor view was amazing. We were on the main food, street entertainment shops walking street in Huenday Beach was only a few blocks away. We loved the location!

Location is great right on the main street in Haeundae. AC didn't work so we kept the lanai door open at night to cool the room, and the street noise occasionally woke us up.

I loved this place I felt very safe, im a plus size girl and was a little worried if I was going to be Comftrouble in the Pod and to my surprise it was very Comfy and even had space left, the bathroom and shower areas is a little tight but you can make it work it all depends at what time you go.. if you worried about the your luggage in my locker I was able to fit a large suitcase and a carry on on top and my travel backpack with no problem. If you are a solo traveler I recommend 100%… and it has train stations walking distance less than 3 minutes. ] This property is in great location the room was a really nice size compared to all the other hotels in korea. I had a partial ocean view room and let me tell you I fell in love for my next trip will decently stay here again. Room and bathroom very comfy and loved that for you to go to the room you had to Scan your card in the elevator that’s a plus for me as a solo traveler. Pros: *Night life great *Variarity of restaurants *variaty Stores *Train Station and bus stop walking distance Recommend this hotel 100%

Very close to the beach. Nice and clean bedroom.

The hotel room is excellent, the room looks new and clean, location is so convenient, all the shop and restaurants are just at the doorstep of the hotel
