Checking in and out was quick and smooth. Breakfast had quite a varied choice. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were polite and friendly. We had no problems with the WiFi in any of the rooms. The view of the Bosphorus from the breakfast terrace was amazing. Nevzat on reception and the bellboy who worked alongside him were so friendly and helpful that it made our stay more welcoming. I would recommend this hotel as it is so close to some of the main attractions.

A great place to stay and highly recommended. Staff was very professional specially Mehmet. He is very courteous and polite and assisted us with all our requirements. Breakfast was very fresh and so many varieties to choose from. Our sea view room was mesmerizing and sizes were very reasonable. We were traveling domestic and the hotel staff was so considerate that they kept our extra luggage for 3 days even before we checked in. It was very nice of them. Close to many restaurants and shops. Property itself was very clean and maintained. Thank you very much for making our trip more memorable.

We loved everything. We just lost internet one day so it was hard to plan the activities.

Wonderful hotel. I originally booked another hotel but had to cancel because it was not at all livable. I randomly came across this hotel and I am very happy I did. This hotel is on a lovely quiet street, close to all the attractions/ restaurants and shops, has an amazing friendly receptionist, and the room was clean with a large bathroom. The price is also perfect. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite, there was a balcony that needed major cleaning, the windows were so filthy and disgusting , we paid extra for water views but the windows were so dirty that it was a waste of money. All of the furniture in the room was very old, in terrible condition, and worn out. The location was a bit out of the way and a taxi was needed, there’s pretty much nothing around the hotel..

We had a great stay at Yilsam Sultanahmet Hotel in Istanbul. The location is at a walking distance to the most beautiful tourist sites like Haya Sophia and Blue Mosque. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is a delicious buffet with choices for every taste, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming!

The Yilsam Sultanahmet Hotel was excellent. Very centrally located and nice quiet neighborhood. The staff are all brilliant and very friendly, if your looking for somewhere in the old city this is a great option. Rooms were very clean, tidy and spacious.
