Everything was wonderful and the staff went out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible. only con is that it is an older building meaning it a little cramped but nothing that bothered us and despite the lack of space well supplied with amenities. Beautiful building, amazing staff and only an 8 minute walk through the local university to the Elephant and Castle under ground station, which made our stay super easy.

The rooms were tiny and had no or very badly positioned hangers. No drawers either. Storage was our full luggage under the bed, which was dusty. We were on a top floor and I think people lived over us. Lots of footsteps and things moving at night. AC was great Breakfast was great Staff were lovely

Hotel is in a good location. 20 mins walk or so to both London eye and borough market Clean and the staff were very helpful Rooms and overall feel was good (and a little eclectic). Rooms on the smaller side which was expected Would stay again

The rooms were small but had A/C. Water and fruit delivered daily to the room which had a small fridge

The staff were very welcoming and organised. Close to Southwark tube with easy routes to Wembley Stadium and Waterloo East for our journey home it was the perfect spot for a one night no nonsense stay. Very happy.

Stayed here before. Most definitely not a place for a romantic date . If you need somewhere to crash at a decent price this is the place. Tube stations near by if you don't mind a decent walk . Neighbours up late shouting enjoying a red hot Saturday. Looked like single parents. The staff are helpful and my room was always clean on return . Tea , milk etc not filled up though . Had to go to reception 2 nights on the trot.. Suit ex military, builders and students .

After midnight the main door closes, however there is a side door that you get into the property with your room card. However, if the door is not shut properly it doesn't open and you need to call to get in! Breakfast is extremely basic, and a member of staff was topping the food up bare handed, and coughing all over the food and.
