The room was very small and we stored our suitcases under the bed - just to give you some ideas. The bathroom was clean and it only provided soap. The breakfast was not the best. No tasty pastries or any hot items except for fried eggs. It was very simple such as fruit, plain croissants that tasted okay, plain cereal, and toast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazing and rooms are clean

A nice place with friendly staff, and not expensive, breakfast was included. A bonus. A 20 min walk from London bridge station so not to far from most attractions.

This is a cute little boutique hotel where the staff is so very helpful & kind. The quad room was perfect for our party of 4. I would definitely recommend!

El staff fue muy amable, el hotel está a unas cuadras de una parada del transporte público. El cuarto era para una persona y solo tenia la cama, televisión, no estoy segura si tenia frigobar. No probé el desayuno incluido. Si me quedaría otra vez.

Very friendly staff

Great place can’t wait to stay here again. The free breakfast leaves much to be desired. But hey, it’s a free breakfast, right!? To be fair my wife loved it. 5 stars.

The room we were staying at was pretty small for three people, we really didn't spend too much time in the hotel. The staff were super nice.

Would not recommend this hotel. Firstly, on my second night the fire alarms went off 5 times all throughout the night and the hotel couldn't tell us anything, causing anxiety and stress, as well as no sleep. The hotel cleaning staff entered my room twice even though I had the do not disturb sign up. The room was not clean and I had a dried up contact lens left on the window sill when I arrive. I also emailed the hotel after the stay to query the fire alarms and had no response. 100% avoid
