Do not trust the number of people the room can accommodate. I picked the Twin Room B, Expedia listed it to hold 3 or 4 people, but once I arrived they said it's only for 2. I showed them what Expedia app was showing and they don't even know the app says 3/4 people. They refused to to give us the room and required us to book another room. The staffs also doesn't speak English, not a complaint, it's Japan, just FYI. The location is very convenient, 5 mins walk to the train station and 20 mins walk to other tourist places. However, most restaurants in the area don't open until 4 to 5 pm. At least 5 convient stores near the hotel.

Very good service, will store your luggage before checkin if you arrive early.

Located pretty close to the Ginza line, so pretty convenient. Small rooms, but good if you aren’t planning on spending much time in hotel.

The location is good very close to the station, room was very clean, however it's a bit out dated, wall paper has stain and the paint on bathroom door frame is chipped, but for the price you pay I recommend this place

Very clean. Amenities are wonderful. I like disposable slippers. The process of checking in was a little confusing. It was basically through the machine screen. The staff had to step in for me. Other than that, I was satisfied.

Hotel bien situé à distance de marche de la gare et stations de trains. Personnel gentils et serviables. Machines à laver disponibles au sous sol pratiques. Nous y avons passé 4 jours. À la dernière journée, nois avons pu laisser nos bagages poir la journée le temps de partir pour notre prochaine destination même apres le check out

Stayed for 1 night, close and convenient hotel to Tokyo station.
