良い I felt safe and it was quiet but everything felt old. The tv and phone didn’t work.

最高 Clean room, staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast was great. Hotel was was located in a great place. Very convenient. If you’re going to Seaworld, I highly recommend it.

We got two full size beds instead of queen and a handmade pocket window bed for 5 people. The beds hurt all three of the adults so we requested another room. We were told they were all the same. So we bought mattress toppers since we had two more nights. And when you book on Hotels.com you are stuck in whatever the situation is! The fire alarm went off all four days. It seemed to be a normal thing. When we went to breakfast the laundry room was being vented into the lobby(everyday). It made us all hot muggy and smelling of laundry chemicals. It was bad. They need to vent that room. Breakfast was ok if you’re starving nothing great. I could see outside past the air conditioner in my room. It did stay cool+ in our room. The smoke detector had a bag on it. The your woman at the front tried to be friendly. But the whole family is too timid. The business needs outside help. Oh a car got broken into while a security truck sat 75 feet away. No I’m sorry we would not stay again.
