This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The room was completely misrepresented on the website. I would not recommend booking this hotel. The floors were coming apart and had sharp edges that would cut your foot if you wanted to walk barefoot. There were no chairs by the pool so you could not even sit outside by the pool. The couch and chairs were stained. The place was extremely dated. The elevator was so dirty that you would not want to touch and walls or buttons. The room was unlocked when I arrived. The rental company did offer another room and it was not much better. I ended up foregoing my money and renting another place, as I would not even stay there. I have never done that before. If the price looks too good to be true, it's probably too good to be true.

Amazing stay

Excellent location. Excellent communication with host! Definitely will book again.

Very comfortable unit. There was no pull out sofa as advertised and the microwave panel was loose. Kitchen was equipped with everything that is needed. The washer/dryer was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Close to everything in the area of Los Olas. Was in constant communication with the management staff.

Quiet clean apartment right on the river walk. Location is in a good location, directly across from Las Olas Blvd. It’s a short walk either via the tunnel or the 3rd Ave bridge. Had a full kitchen. They don’t provide any coffee, salt, pepper if you’re planning on cooking.

Great host

Very seemless check in process and checkout was a breeze. There was a water issue however the hosts quickly addressed it and sorted us with a new room.

The property is very conveniently located, very close to Las Olas Boulevard and at New River. It’s ample enough for four people. However it would be nice to improve the furniture as well as the kitchen equipment and ware. The bathrooms are outdated and could be a little more modern.

Everything is good

The check in was such a process with a bunch of forms to fill. Some forms needs it to be filed out earlier than check in time but thinking is a Expedia reservation I didn’t think twice about checking king emails . So I needed to contact them to get access code to enter the apartment and which parking spot to use. The elevator was not working . The 3rd floor apartment was pretty spacious super outdated . The broken and stained 80’s style curtains that barely closed letting the outdoor street light in was very inconvenient. The paint coming off in some areas . The dirty floor boards . The kitchen was fully renovated with all the tools necessary that was a plus. And the floor was a pretty tyle .
