The room was nice and clean. "Breakfast" is laughable.. they were out of everything including coffee.

The room was clean but there was dust on the lamps and on the accent wood wall behind the beds. The shower head made a horrible noise when the water was running. The person that checked us in was not welcoming and we encountered a problem with the bathroom door he did not send maintenance to fix it to I was left with a door without the knob that I could not close. I liked the variety of food offered for breakfast and the location of the hotel to the beach, downtown, Boardwalk and other places.

The inn and rooms were clean, but can use some new paint or renovation as it looked overall old. The winner is the free breakfast particularly the waffles! The waffles and syrup were beyond expectation LOL. Rebecca at the front desk was helpful and the fact that there's an actual human being 24/7 was reassuring. Overall I would recommend this place.

Good size room with a comfortable queen bed. Didn't need the AC because you can open the window and let that cool Santa Cruz air in.
