Rooms are amazing. Restaurant excellent. Property well laid out. Location to beach and diving amazing. A really nice gem. I would come back.

良い Pictures in website is not what the hotel offers: no spa on sie, no phones in rooms, no daily room cleaning, free breakfast is a joke and noisy teenagers in pool , lost key card has a charge and review of high rating is totally a misrepresentation of what the website says staff is excellent but that's the only compliment I could say.

DO NOT PLAN A STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. House staff is non responsive and the in-house reservation process does not coordinate with hotels.com/Expedia. Very disappointing to plan a trip from halfway around the world only to find out hotel staff is unable to accommodate you on holiday.

Alona Northland Resort rooms are basic and ok.
The breakfast is limited choice.
There two adjoining properties under construction, hence noise during the day.
Staff are friendly, except one female staff member.

The staff are friendly and the food is good,the area is safe and very quiet I like it they have outdoor pool very nice ,the location is safe even in night time.
