Great location and very spacious! Wonderful staff.

So the apartment was outstanding for the money, spacious, clean, comfy, great layout and facilities. HOWEVER breakfast was a total farce! You get a voucher to take to a local bakery that doesn’t speak a word of English and you have an awful selection of pastry options. Bakery is a block away. Worst thing was the final two days they refused to give us our breakfast via our vouchers and ruined the experience. Point blank refused for no reason we could understand. Really odd. Would definitely use Popartment again but never pay for the breakfast option

We took a 1 bedroom apartment got a terrace apartment, which was very spacious clean and just amazing. Our kid had his own seperate room we had 1 to ourselves which was completely unexpected. Very safe and absolutely clean. Will definitely stay again. Spent 2 nights.

I love the place. I booked an apartment with 2 rooms. It was very clean and has a lot of space for 3. One bathroom. The property is really close to a tram station, and it was easy to move around. Very easy to arrive from the airport. Just have to cross a steet from the tram. There is no reception 24h, mind that. The only difficulty I had was to find a nice restaurant near that was open on monday night. But I took the tram and found a nice place. The tram costs 1,70 euros/trip. There is no garage to park a car and the street is full.

We loved this place! It is in a perfect location, outside of the city center but very close to the tram/subway. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for us as our train out was later in the day, a lot later than check out. The rooms were clean and roomy. They helped us take our luggage to our room. It was nice having two bedrooms and we had a small patio. They had coffee and water in the room and told us that we were welcome to all of it at no additional charge. I have absolutely no complaints about the facilities and would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Florence. My only suggestion would be a later check-out time, at least 11:00. The check-out time was at 10:00 and several guests were all in the lobby at the same time trying to check-out right at 10:00.

Excellent location, very close to tram. Nice spacious room with mini kitchen.

This little apartment was just the right amount of space for our 3 night adventure in Florence. It was nice to relax in the living area at the end of a long day of touring, although it would have been nice to use the TV but no instructions were left to know how to operate it. The kitchen was simply but adequately supplied but we only used it for snacking and wine. The beds seemed too firm but were surprisingly comfortable. Our only complaint was the skylight directly over the beds that had no covering so it was bright. The price is very affordable and the location was perfect; less than a 5 minute walk to the Tram. We would definitely stay here again.
