Property too old no to refurbishment.

Good

Clean, well priced, and very close to the subway. Located within a short walk from several good places to find a traditional Korean meal. Lots of clubs in the area as well, some a bit too loud, if you like that sort of thing.

dirty,bad smell & no good service................................

The room itself was quite small but perfect for my friend and I - especially for the cheap price. Although, the room itself wasn't the cleanest it was surprisingly comfortable and we got a good night's rest.

The front desk staff was very helpful and printed a map and wrote some directions in korean for me so that if i get lost people can help me to direct me to the right place to visit. He also see to it that I get a room change because I requested a room with a better view.

Room is rather small for twin bedded but room is clean and bed is comfortable. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Excellent location with easy access to the train station (Yeonsan dong). Few cafes around the corner with nice ambience such as Paris Baguette. Also Skin care & cosmetic shops such as InnersFree, Convenience stores around the corner.

Was a good location but had to wait at the front desk for service for about 15 minutes since no one at the front desk

Good budget hotel, quite close to subway. No bus to airport at the time of my stay

This hotel is convenient for last minutes options, which is what I needed at the time. It has the most basic things that a hotel is required to have and that is about it. The highlight was definitely the gentlemen working the front desk, who bent over backward to help me navigate the city and find what I was looking for. If you are in a bind and need a place to shelter for the night that isn't a hostel-as I was-this is the place for you. Besides that situation I would not recommend this hotel.
