Decently sized room, bathroom was very tiny and we kept tripping over the step down. Beds were comfortable, the staff were happy to provide additional pillows and blankets. Cleaning was very exact, if rubbish wasn't in the bin they didn't take it (so no tax receipts could be accidentally taken!). Staff were all very friendly and helpful and worked around my terrible Japanese. Safe in the room was awkward and often got stuck and wouldn't open when entering our code, but the staff were happy to help. The location was great, Juso station is close and is an amazing junction that gets you to Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto on one line, Hankyu rail. Juso is also a really interesting place and there was a exhibit in the hotel about the history of the area, which I loved. I would happily come back here.

My favorite hotel for trips to Osaka that I can rely on. I wasn't happy with the extra tax that got charged when I checked in but that is apparently inevitable. Not a super luxurious hotel, but very nice, and very comfortable; meets the needs of the business traveler.

Overall hotel was great, only issue is that beds were very stiff.

Best hotel I have enjoyed staying in. Very polite, helpful, friendly staff. The pool, gym, and other amenities are top class. Large bedroom and bathroom facilities. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is good and the price is not that bad. But in the reception area you don’t have place where to sit and eat an appetizer from outside, everywhere you can seat is marked as no eating area. Is around 6 blocks from the train station which is not much convenient if you’re traveling with bags, and is far from most of the tourist areas to visit in Osaka.

The staff were courteous and professional. The room was clean and well-equipped. The air-conditioning was very effective.

The hotel room is spacious but bit far from town. You have to take a train from Umeda and also have to walk outside the Umeda station to the local station which was bit uncomfortable as we had 2 pcs of luggage rolling around. The bathroom was bit dirty.
