The rooms were excellent and well maintained and the staff were the most helpful and friendly that I have ever experienced. The breakfasts were very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant provided some of the best food we had in Lisbon and there were a number of vegan options for the vegan in our party. It's an easy five stars from me.

I liked the hotel. First the people working here were real nice. Second, the location was good. It is in the old quarter, the Baixa, near much. The room was nice and I had a little balcony which I loved. I did not use any of the amenities so I cannot just.

The staff was delightful, so nice and helpful. The location is spot on, right in the middle of downtown and the breakfast was really nice. I recommend all around!

Wonderful stay. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout my stay: kind, helpful, and attentive. I was there for my birthday, and they made the room feel extra special for me, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay memorable. I would come back again.

Great hotel! The location is awesome, right next to the ocean and plenty of shops and food options. The breakfast is pretty good as well, would definitely recommend

great location , but finding parking nearby is a challenge or extremely expensive . otherwise the room is a bit small but functional . breakfast is average , and we wish we would be welcomed every morning with a smile , instead of feeling we were a burden... an attitude adjustment is seriously needed !

Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable and location was an excellent plus. The only thing I’m taking a star away for is for the size. There was barely any room to go around the bed, you basically get a bed in a small room and a small bathroom as well.

This property is centrally located. A number of the major tourist sites are near by. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay.
