The room was tidy and clean. I had a balcony room and it was so pretty. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The location is really good. You are a 15 minute walk away from Sagrada Familia and Casa Battlo

Lovely and helpful staff, brilliant location and balcony. Soundproofing not great so quite loud, and one of the lightbulbs wasn’t working. But overall great and would recommend (unless you’re a very light sleeper!)

Everything was great! Check in was so easy, and he gave us a bunch of suggestions for places to visit and places to avoid. So clean. Highly recommend the Terrance room! 10/10. Would stay again for sure.

I am a very non-picky person, and it is extremely rare for me to leave a negative review. This probably won't affect anyone else but: Our room, the common area, and I assume all the other rooms on that floor were painted the previous day. In spite of the hotel telling us numerous times that the room was ventilated longer than the recommended time, and it was a special no smell paint, and us leaving the window open for more than an hour, we still developed headaches from the chemical smell within 10 minutes of being in the room. We asked if we could be relocated and they said they could not. We got a hotel room at a different hotel that night and came back the next day to see if the smell improved, and within 10 minutes or so the headache was back from the chemical smell. The hotel insisted the room was fine, and several staff check it and it was "fine." I'm sure our stay here would have been pleasant but this was the reality. We ended up booking with a different hotel for the rest of our stay in Barcelona.

Room was not perfect but reasonable based on the price. There was too much noise from the street despite the windows was closed all time and curtains too. Also neighbor rooms didn't respect too be quite after 11 even 12 am. Location was good with lots of high rate restaurants and bars.

Amazing stay, good cleaning service, nice location.

I accidentally booked a room without a balcony and when I tried to rectify this, I was told would have to pay for 2 bookings!
