Would like to have a tea or coffee in a room, in most of the hotels this days it’s standards. other than that yes I would Recommend this hotel.

Helpful professional staff. Easy check in. Clean well appointed room. Great breakfast. Great that parking is next door and accessible from the hotel.

Excellent all round and great location

Really good location. Very clean, good views from the room and the gym and sauna on the top floor are great spots!

Overall I liked this hotel--I was there for 3 nights, Sun-Wednesday, including a bank holiday weekend, so it was busy. I was there for business. I decided to breakfast at the hotel on Tuesday morning as I had a full day. I checked at the front desk and was told I could just go straight there and the charge would be added to my room bill. On arrival, I was dismayed to be told by the waitress that I could not have breakfast there unless I paid first, and she asked for my credit card which of course I did not have with me. We debated the point but she insisted, and I was forced to leave the restaurant. All this in front of other guests. It was undignified and unnecessary. It was the one blot on an otherwise decent German hotel experience.

Lovely hotel exceptionally quiet no traffic noise or corridor noise well placed for visiting many sites in the city

Excellent location. Excellent hotel. Breakfast was 27 Euros, so we had breakfast elsewhere and saved a good deal of money.

The room was clean, good natural light, comfortable. The bathroom was well organised. The reception desk was helpful and very pleasant. The dining room, accessed by a cute enclosed glass bridge over the canal, provided very good breakfast and dinner. It was an easy brisk walk to the Elbphilharmonie. A very good hotel.
