Great location, clean room and helpful staff. Laundry in unit is hugely convenient, will definitely book this location again!

Simply good hotel.

Wash and Dry machine is really useful for our trip! Staff are all very friendly and polite. Breakfast coupons can be used at nearby food court.

Excellent and affordable base to visit Tokyo. Readily accessible to subway. Small yet efficient rooms. Every room has washer/dryer. Affordable even when booking two rooms for our family of four. In Tsujuki fish market, easy walk to Kabukiza theater and shopping district.

Convenient location

Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay at. It’s right in the heart of the Tsukiji Outer Market. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Plus the in room washer/dryer was super convenient. Unfortunately, the mattress had a huge hole in it. My guess is the springs collapsed. It made for a terrible nights rest. We informed the staff about the issue. They were very helpful. They initially told us they would replace the mattress in our room. Instead, we were moved to a different room, but the new room was smaller than what we paid for. We also had to move all of our luggage and clothes from one room to another, which was mildly inconvenient but understandable because the staff felt it was inappropriate to handle our clothes. I would still recommend this hotel because of the helpful staff and for the location.

Situated conveniently within the bustling food market and shopping area, with multiple options for easy train access, this property seamlessly combines accessibility with vibrancy. What truly stands out is the exceptional value for money, complemented by immaculate room and surroundings cleanliness, making for a genuinely impressive stay.

Cozy n Clean.

Having Laundry in-unit was extremely helpful!
