少しがっかり It was okay but the staff were inept and they would say whatever they thought you wanted to hear, even when it wasn't true. Consequently, we had to pay for for breakfasts we thought were covered.

The Novotel is clean, dependable, quiet, and peaceful. The sheets always feel clean, the shower has good pressure and temperature, the breakfast is nice, and we always feel relaxed there.

The staff was so friendly! I felt extremely welcome and well cared for - from the spa to the gentlemen who picked me up at the airport. The rooftop gym, pool, and bar were also lovely!
