Positives: The hotel is clean and well-maintained, even if the rooms feel dated. The gym is basic and the beach unfortunately out of commission due to seaweed, the drinks and entertainment staff were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was also perfectly fine, and the Asian restaurant was genuinely decent. Service: Unfortunately the restaurant service elsewhere was exceptionally poor. Servers were incredibly slow and frequently forgot orders, forcing me to grab my own drinks after waiting 15 minutes at an empty table. Due to severe understaffing, we faced 60-90min waits for restaurants that were half-empty inside. To make matters worse, daily weddings routinely closed off dining venues to regular guests. Food: Aside from an okay Italian and the decent Asian restaurant, the food was dreadful and rarely served warmer than lukewarm. Steakhouse: Mediocre at best—expect small portions and zero input on how your steak is cooked. Mexican: Consistently empty with terrible service. The food was completely unseasoned, which is baffling for a Mexican restaurant failing to cook its own local cuisine. Fish: Unpleasant lunch and dinner with calamari that clearly came straight from a freezer. I have realistic expectations for all-inclusives, but the food here was so disappointing we regularly took an Uber to nearby Puerto Morelos just to ensure we had at least one decent meal a day.

Room was nice but there was a bit of mold. it’s common due to the humidity. The staff was nice. Especially at the restaurants and bars

We really enjoyed the resort - the food was great and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was drink service on the beach, but we were there in low season and so I’m assuming it was a function of staffing.

The rooms and the staff were nice. The rooms were a little outdated but still nice. Every staff members I encountered was nice and most knew my name by the second day.

This place was beautiful. Is great for solo trips. If you just wanna get away and relax. Staff was very nice. The property was very clean. I had a really great time. Coming back again!

Everyone was really nice and the staff learned your name the day. They were always welcoming and called you by your name. The rooms were really clean and the housekeeping service was always on top of it. My steamer didn’t work and within 15 mins they brought me an iron.

The hotel overall was maintained and the staff were super friendly! The areas for improvement are for the plunge pools, ours had a bunch of the stuff falling from the trees that it would hurt the bottom of our feet. The food at this hotel was okay, we have had been to all inclusives with better food.
