The hotel was very well maintained.. It’s a signature of Luang Prabang in Laos . Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly specially the laides at the restaurant for breakfast.The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the river cruise and the markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .

Unique spacious room with a private porch.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town, making sightseeing in Luang Prabang very easy. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were very responsive on WhatsApp whenever I had questions. The complimentary shuttle to the Sofitel was also a nice and helpful touch. I stayed in Room 11, and while the room itself was comfortable, the entrance walkway could be made even better — navigating around a few plant pots required some care. A small adjustment there would further enhance the overall experience.

Stunning place to stay at. Centralised and the service was next to none.

Staying here was magical. It was beyond what we’ve expect both in hotel and service. Every staff members went past and beyond to provide us with a comfortable stay. The hotel is also located at perfect walking distance from everything. We didn’t have to walk far to experience the magic of Luang Prabang. I highly recommend this hotel and this city. Simply magical

Great location and very upscale. Beautiful hotel and I had this amazing room where I could watch the monks on early AM rounds. Staff was best I have seen at hotels and really loved Luang Prabang. I could have stayed for a month or more, Staff helped with tourism and restaurant excellent as well. Highest Rating

UNESCO renovated and protected building. Very typical and beautiful. On slight issue, which was not an issue, as the building is very old the sound proofing was not of modern standard. Staff excellent and attentive. Location and settling in PB could not be better with the ALMs passing right past every morning at 6am. A Most Stay!
