The atmosphere

The property was amazing. The staff was very polite. The food was good. Everything was amazing.

Beautiful place. Food was good. Friendly and helpful staff.

Love this place, good environment.

This hotel is super clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and always happy to help you out.

That's what our second trip to Dinso.Resort. our first trip was last february and we stayed and one of the villas on the side of the mountain. We were very impressed during that initial visit! Our second visit was not in one of the villas. We got a regular room and building two. While the grounds and the hotel itself are very beautiful, the regular rooms are quite small. We also experienced a "plumbing issue" he will, which they attempted to fix.But it was unable to be resolved so we spent the bulk of the trip with a very strong smaller sewage in our room. That aside, the staff is great, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic! They've also made several upgrades to the pool, and it's also pretty great. I guess our only real complaint is the sewage issue. It's also important to note that the hotel is centrally located toward the.rear of Patong so it is fairly centrally located

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Dinso Resort Phuket. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely immersed in nature, surrounded by lush greenery and a sense of peace that is hard to find elsewhere in Phuket. The resort is beautifully designed, blending luxury with an authentic Thai atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while the pools and grounds were impeccably maintained. A special mention must go to Dollar at the Kids Club. She was simply amazing with our children—kind, attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. Our kids looked forward to seeing her every day, and she made their holiday extra special with fun activities and her warm personality. As parents, it gave us peace of mind knowing they were having such a wonderful time. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to help. The breakfast was excellent, and despite being close to Patong, the resort felt like a secluded jungle retreat. This is one of the most unique and relaxing resorts we have ever stayed in, and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you to the entire Dinso team, and especially Dollar, for making our family holiday so memorable. Breakfast was amazing a great perk and all the free canopies and 3 x daily happy hour . The marshmallow fire pit was also great fun each day Highly recommended!

I was in love with this resort. Stayed in the villa w/ our private pool. The elevator/trolley was so unique but slow. The grounds of this property is stunning. I would recommend mosquito repellent on you at all times because it’s in a jungle. 10 out of 10

Where do I even begin. Everything was fantastic from the hotel to the staff. We truly had a lovely time and we will be coming back again. 10/10 experience!

We had an amazing stay, the staff were incredible, especially with our toddler. The location was perfect and everyone was super helpful!
