Perfect location for exploring Krakow. The apartment had everything you'd need on a trip. I'd absolutely stay again!

We have asked for a one large bed apartment and they provide us with twins bed

A lovely, high quality apartment that lives up to the photos and description. Modern, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and responsive - I arrived late evening and self check-in process worked perfectly based on instructions sent to me the day before arrival. Located in a nice part of the city, quiet, with plenty of coffee shops, bakeries and places to get breakfast + very handy that there is a basic convenience store right next to the apartment - open 6am - 11pm. About a 15-minute walk from the main market square. Krakow is a fantastic City to visit - loads to see and do and some nice restaurants. It's worth finding some places to eat and drink away from the main square and tourist spots as prices of meals/beer etc are significantly cheaper but still good quality. For taxis - use the Bolt app as, again, much cheaper than hail and ride. Overall would highly recommend these apartments and Krakow as a City - I will likely return to explore some more.

Check in , I had problems with phone so had to get someone phone to use as nobody to check us in after 4pm also when in told us wrong floor for room so we had to guess as we asked her 3 times and said same numbers floor 3 room 13 but was floor 1 .was really noisy too outside as no double glazing and people banging doors shut , noise as early as 7am too

We had a great stay. The hotel is in a perfect spot for visiting the Old Town, and our room was large, comfortable, and well equipped. Some of the fixtures could use a bit of attention, but it didn’t take away from an overall very positive experience.

Rooms were very comfortable, clean and comfortable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great.

We had a ground floor apartment. The floor was dusty. Modern and well equipped. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was poor but I adjusted the valve under the sink. There were no plugs in either the kitchen sink nor bath and I asked at reception on our first day but none were provided. The fitness room has an inclined bike and a cross-trainer, light free-weights and a wall rack. Decent enough digs and 10 mins walk from the Main Square, nice cafes on the way.

Perfect base for exploring Krakow. Safe area, safe block. Fantastic 2 floor apartment. Spacious and everything you need. 10 min walk to main square. Coffee shops nearby and small supermarket at bottom of building. Would highly recommend if visiting this country!
