少しがっかり Check in , I had problems with phone so had to get someone phone to use as nobody to check us in after 4pm also when in told us wrong floor for room so we had to guess as we asked her 3 times and said same numbers floor 3 room 13 but was floor 1
.was really noisy too outside as no double glazing and people banging doors shut , noise as early as 7am too

We had a great stay. The hotel is in a perfect spot for visiting the Old Town, and our room was large, comfortable, and well equipped. Some of the fixtures could use a bit of attention, but it didn’t take away from an overall very positive experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a convenience store downstairs and it is only 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Room is fine for 3 but would be too cramped for 4 unless two were kids. Sofa bed is comfortable, main bed and bathroom were great.

We had a ground floor apartment. The floor was dusty. Modern and well equipped. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was poor but I adjusted the valve under the sink. There were no plugs in either the kitchen sink nor bath and I asked at reception on our first day but none were provided. The fitness room has an inclined bike and a cross-trainer, light free-weights and a wall rack. Decent enough digs and 10 mins walk from the Main Square, nice cafes on the way.

Perfect base for exploring Krakow. Safe area, safe block. Fantastic 2 floor apartment. Spacious and everything you need.
10 min walk to main square.
Coffee shops nearby and small supermarket at bottom of building.
Would highly recommend if visiting this country!

良い It's a beautiful property but on the third floor there's no elevator. And the most inconvenient is no AC conditioner. It was so hot. So I have to take all my heavy bags upstairs from the third floor.
