Staffs were helpful and cordial.
Bathtub anti slip mat dirty at the bottom part. Can see black dirt residue trapped and not washed. Tub water stopper not in working condition. Can operate the release stopper efficiently.

Aircon effective. The premium suite huge And have plenty of space. Would be really nice if can get rid of the bathtub and replace with a standing shower room as it’s safer and do not need the shower curtains and climbing in and out of the bathtub

Rooms and clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. I like that this hotel has a 24 hr security looking over the hotel carpark, right in front of the hotel entrance. The rooms are clean however it’s a little old.
Overall stay was good.

Room was clean.
Very importantly, I felt safe, being a female traveller and was staying alone. Room security lock was adequate to make me feel safe. I felt safe in the reception area, while waiting for my cousin to pick me up.

Clean room. Need to check bedsheet as my body itch during bedtime. Sheets are clean and smells fresh, maybe too much detergent/softener that causes the itch. Other than that, all good.

Good professional patient staff who explained and showed me that tourism tax was not paid even though Expedia indicated it was. Expedia is putting out false info in their email confirmation

Staffs were friendly.
Overall nice bed and room.
The non-slip rubber bath tub mat was dirty. If you shoot water at it, the dirt will come off. Water does not dry up well in the bath room.
